Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students will be combine multiple skills and materials to create a cohesive art display. Students will start by focusing on the color wheel study of warm or cool colors. They will learn the skills of oil pastel and print making. Students will be able to use the foam mats to create individual stamps to take ownership over their art pieces. Students will create at least 8 designs with a variety of colors, skills, and print making. Students will then enhance their pieces and decide how to build a piece of art that utilizes multiple pieces.
