National Geographic Books for Kids!

My Project
My students love to read this year, which is AMAZING. However, I am having trouble motivating them to read nonfiction books. My hope is that these National Geographic books will spark their interest. I asked for 3 of each kind of book so they can buddy read. This will help them develop important reading comprehension and fluency skills. I have even found free national geographic videos that go along with these books as well.
I am hoping my students fall in love with reading about the real world!
National Geographic books such as, "Great Migrations Amazing Animal Journeys" and "Great Migrations Whales" are a great way to meet my kids' needs because they have a variety of interesting topics at different reading levels!
