Mystery Science Supplies for 1st Graders!

My Students

We have three 1st grade classes at our school. We enjoy teaching our students, and we want to them to have lots of opportunities to learn every day. All of all students come to school eager to learn more about reading, writing, math and science.

Our students love doing hands on investigations during science!

During science lessons, everyone is engaged and ready to learn. Their eyes light up when they see that we are doing a science lesson that day.

My Project

Our students work hard every day, and they enjoy learning at school. One subject that they really love, is science!

We want to make our science lessons meaningful, by using hands on experiences for our students!

We are teaching Mystery Science in our first grade classes this year. The lessons are engaging, and interesting for the students. The lessons require some basic materials. In order to teach these lessons well, we need to use all these materials. We already have some of the materials in our classrooms, such as paper and markers. However, we also need things like LED flashlights, various kinds of paper, cups and straws. Having these materials would allow us to fully teach these lessons!
