My Superstars Stem Kits

My Project

I have 6 awesome students with autism from 1st grade to 3rd grade. They all learn in different ways. Our school is a Title I school in West Baltimore with about 95% of students receiving free and reduced-price meals. That means students do lack the materials and resources they need to truly thrive in the classroom. These passionate, excitable students deserve a high-quality education. I want to empower my students so they can be successful in the decisions they make on daily basis. Please help us provide this for them.

Autistic children develop skills through the use of stem kits as well as hands on activities.

These activities enable these children develop their knowledge in Science. They learn from varied activities addressing their particular needs. My students need to succeed and improve their life They need a good foundation to motivate them to learn more.

School is where they learn how to handle difficult situations, communicate with adults and friends and interact in different social situations. They have to learn independence.
