Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are motivated to learn and enjoy coming to school. Despite having learning differences, they work hard in our small groups to develop the necessary skills to be successful in reading, writing, and math. They benefit from small group instruction that is tailored to their individual needs. The materials in this project include a Teachers Pay Teachers gift card which will be used to purchase supplemental games and reinforcement activities to be used in groups.
Our time together is crucial, which means it is very important that my students are organized and responsible for their materials.
Being able to "work on the go" is absolutely necessary. The whiteboards and markers will help students have the necessary materials to be ready for learning. This will allow students to develop independence in managing materials.
