Music Stands for Young Musicians

Help me give my students 6 music stands in my K-5 music classroom.

My Project

As a music teacher, I absolutely love working with my students. Their passion for music and dedication to learning is truly inspiring. What sets them apart is their creativity and willingness to try new things. Each student brings their own unique perspective to the classroom, and it's incredible to see them collaborate and communicate to create beautiful music together.

The number of music stands in our music room is limited.

With equal access to music stands, students will be able to expand their skills and experiment with new sounds. I'll be able to teach more comprehensive lessons that cover multiple instruments including voice, recorders, and xylophones. Music stands will promote students to play safely without stressing their neck, back, and eyes. Music stands can be stored and transported on a cart.

One of the most exciting aspects of having more music stands is the impact they'll have on our students' confidence. Musicians will be more motivated to practice and perfect their craft. This will ultimately lead to improved performances and a greater sense of accomplishment. Not to mention the inherent collaboration that happens when two students create music whilst reading the same piece of music.

We're incredibly grateful for any support we receive from donors, as it directly impacts the quality of music education students receive. These materials will allow us to provide an even better music program, and we can't wait to see the growth and success our students achieve with them.
