My Students

I teach at the best school. My students come from many diverse backgrounds, with many of them come from military families. These kids show up every day, despite all of the challenges they continuously face.

My seventh graders come to English ready to engage in literature and writing.

Having this donation will help improve their academics and subtract a few of the challenges they face.

My Project

My students are constantly on their computers as we use Summit Learning. Although this technology is great (especially when we go virtual), it can be hard for students to navigate without headphones and computer mice.

My students have lost some of their desire to learn due to the pandemic.

Having extra writing supplies and classroom equipment will make learning easier. Students will learn to quiet down with the singing bowl, they will navigate their computers with ease, and they won't have to worry if they forget basic classroom supplies. The classroom will be better suited to organize materials and keep them accessible with the utility cart to support the learning environment I try to create.
