My Students

My students and their families struggle everyday to make ends meet. I strive to make my classroom a warm, welcoming place where students feel safe and supported and can enjoy learning.

Curious, sweet and smart, my students come to school every day to leave behind the baggage that comes with growing up in one of the most violent cities in America.

At our school, and in my classroom, we are working hard to create a strong community where we work together to have a warm and welcoming environment. In our classroom, we strive to treat each other well so that we can all learn together and meet our goals of going to college, becoming stronger writers and being the best third grade in North America.

My Project

A projector will greatly enhance the learning experience of my students. Without having to write on the board, I will be able to move around the room and check in on individual students. I will also be able to use the vast resources available on the Internet to engage my students in each lesson.

By donating to my classroom, you will be helping my students reach their eventual goal of going to college.

A digital learning experience will help invest my students in learning and equip them with the skills they need to live and learn in the twenty-first century.
