This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Throughout my many years of teaching, I have seen the importance of hands-on learning experiences. Finding fun and inventive ways to incorporate these ideals into my teaching will be made so much easier with many of these wonderful resources.

In kindergarten there is a wonderful balance between play and learning.

The most meaningful activities and lessons for these students will have both. I want my students to feel creative and confident in all that they do. Providing them with these learning tools and toys will enable our community to flourish! Book baskets and bins will help keep our materials organized and accessible to children, giving them autonomy over learning choices they make.
