My Students

My students have a variety of disabilities. These include autism, learning disabilities, emotional impairments, and other health impairments. Students come to work with me for around an hour a day. Because I am a special education teacher I do not have students bring in supplies for my classroom. I have to provide all of the pencils, markers, expo markers, erasers, and crayons for myself. My students and I would be so grateful to have more schools supplies to work with in my classroom.

My Project

There materials will be used every day in my classroom. The markers and markerboards will be used for various activities in math and in reading. Allowing the students to use different matials for learning can help foster students who learn in different types of ways. All of the markers and other materials will help foster the students creativity. They will have the ability to use different colors and different matieals on assignments and acitivies in class, allowing them to learn in what every way makes them most successful. These materials will bring my students so much joy.
