Help me give my students PERSONAL HYGIENE kits with items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, deodorant, shampoo/conditioner, pain reliever and a stocked PANTRY with non-perishable snack items such as granola bars, crackers, peanut butter & noodles.

My Project

I have the most amazing students who come from South Memphis! Our school is classified as Title I where 100% of our students receive free or reduced lunch. Covid-19 has hit our community hard but my kids are resilient. Even in the face of adversity, they come to school every day and ready to learn. Sometimes they are hungry and need nourishment to fuel them through the day. Other times they may need personal items to take care of their hygiene and oral health. Even when they are lacking basic necessities, my students still come to school to learn in an environment which is safe and comforting. I would like to be able to create a SNACK PANTRY and PERSONAL HYGIENE CLOSET where my students came come and get nourishment or hygiene products they need, without having anyone ask questions.
