This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This will be my second year doing social work with CC School District, but my first year as a direct hire. I will be working at WVLES, a school that hasn’t had a counselor or social worker since the Pandemic. I’m trying to collect some books and materials that would enable the kiddos at my school to have more fun while giving me the tools to empower them in their social emotional endeavors. With your help, I can make sure the students at LES have what they need to be successful.
