My Project

Students spend a huge part of their day on the carpet. Here is where all of whole group learning happens and is the center point of every classroom. Teaching in a Title l school students often feel discouraged from reading but by providing them with a comfortable and inviting library will help encourage them to love reading. Alternative lighting also helps provide the classroom with a calmer atmosphere to learn. Lastly I am a huge believer in learning through play especially for young learners. Board games and learning games are a great way to teach problem solving and encouraging teamwork and healthy competition. While other items such as play dough and STEM toys help develop fine motor skills. All of these supplies will help provide an amazing learning environment that promotes learning, literacy and play.
