Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I want to add some decorations to the classroom that will spark the students' interest. My goal with my students is to help them build a love of learning that will last their lifetime.

I also would love to purchase a telescope to be able to start an Astronomy Club with the junior high students.

I think allowing them to look at the universe through the telescope may help to ignite their passion for science!

I hope to make their science experience as hands-on as I can. Whether that is looking through a microscope in the lab or a telescope outside, I want them to experience science!
