This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Hello, I have been working as a high school special education teacher with students from Boston, Chelsea, Everett, Revere, Malden, Lynn, Winthrop, Cambridge, and Somerville.

Our students are a diverse group of individuals with a wide range of creative attributes and unique personalities,

My teaching goal is to help nurture and assist students in developing these capabilities while providing pathways for them to access and understand the subjects of biology, chemistry, and physics.

My Project

My students will benefit from the laptop which I will use for lesson plans, student communications, parent communication, presentations in the classroom, grading, documentation, virtual learning, and live science experiments.

My students will benefit from this laptop because it will allow me to connect with them in the virtual world.

I will use this laptop to further my own professional development. I believe that this up-to-date computer will allow me to be more successful as an educator.

Our students deserve access to their education in the time of virtual learning. This laptop will allow me to provide a quick transition to digital resources and make learning more engaging and fun. This project will make learning from home exciting for my students because I can provide them accessible materials and instruction.
