Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My scholars would love opportunities to move, play, and work together especially on rainy days, extreme weather conditions, and indoor recess often limits activities. I want to create an indoor recess and P.E. environment where my scholars can stay active, have fun, and build positive relationships with their classmates.

These items will allow students to participate in a variety of activities that develop relationships, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

During indoor recess students will have choices that limit screen time and encourage interactions with one another. P.E equipment will help make movement and play an enjoyable part of the school day regardless of the weather.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
