Motivating My Shining Stars to Read, Read, Read!

My Project

Kindergarten is a year to GROW as a reader!!! My Shining stars are working hard and learning to read! This project will allow my students to have their own Reader Phone to hear themselves read. They can use it to practice letter sounds, phonemic awareness as well as reading books!

At the end of the year, I would like to provide each of my students with a Shining Star trophy!

We are keeping track of the books read for each month.

Students receive stickers for participating in our reading program.

They are looking forward to earning a SHINING STAR TROPHY!!!
