My Project

I am blessed with a class of 29 kindergarteners; 18 girls and 11 boys. They are a very energetic bunch and they love being able to earn various prizes and rewards throughout the day. We have multiple secret students throughout the day. The secret students have the chance to choose something out of the treasure box, for being a great role model for classmates.

Providing new incentives will improve student morale and motivation to support achievement.

These next few months of school are hard, without many breaks, until spring break. I believe something as little as offering some new and exciting incentives for students to earn, will have a positive impact on their behavior, as well as academic performance.
