My Project

Positive behavior reinforcement is essential in a resource classroom because it encourages students to develop and maintain appropriate behaviors that support learning. Many students in resource settings face unique challenges with attention, social skills, and self-regulation.

A well-stocked prize box provides immediate, tangible rewards that motivate students to engage, follow directions, and persevere through difficult tasks.

Consistent positive reinforcement helps build self-esteem, promotes a supportive classroom environment, and reduces disruptive behaviors.

By celebrating successes, we create a culture of encouragement that empowers students to achieve their academic and social goals, making the prize box a vital tool for effective classroom management and student growth.
