My Project

We have a wonderful class of 3, 4 and 5 year olds! Children at this age learn so much through their senses. Having a water/sand table combination would be awesome!

It is amazing how many concepts can be learned through just a little sand and some water.

We will use our sand for sifting, pouring, building and feeling textures. We will play in the water with measuring cups, water mills, sprinkling cans, boats and foam blocks. We will learn about things that sink and things that float.

This table would certainly be one of the most popular choices in our classroom!
