With a rug in place, students can come together to gather and share ideas, fostering a sense of collaboration and camaraderie among classmates. In addition, a rug can provide a comfortable and inviting space for students to work and learn, helping to create a more relaxed and conducive learning environment.

Furthermore, a classroom rug can also serve as a tool for teachers to facilitate learning and instruction. Teachers can use the rug to organize students into groups, lead read-alouds, and give presentations in a more interactive and engaging manner.
