Learning to cooperate with others can be difficult. Help me make it easier for my students with autism!
My classroom is designed for students with autism.
The students are often faced with behaviors and communication delays that can make it difficult to learn. Our classroom uses evidence-based research to create the best environment for learning. The students participate in a variety of activities and follow a routine that makes them feel comfortable. My students have been able to learn so much in spite of their disability!
My Project
My students will use the easy games to learn to cooperate with each other and follow directions. These are skills we often struggle with in my classroom. The balance board and bean bag board will help gross motor skills while students learn to take turns. The Leap Reader will assist students in their reading skills and allow them to be more independent while reading.
These various materials will create excitement and provide a new learning environment for my students.
My students are outgrowing many of my materials and need more challenging activities.
