My Project

As part of both our Social Studies and English Language Arts classes, we have been learning about the history of Indigenous People in America. My students are scouring our library for books with Native American characters. They want books set in today's time and also historical fiction.

A few of my students are Native American and can identify with the characters, and others are just empathetic to the trials and tribulations these people have faced.

In both cases, I want to provide them as many books as I can!

Please help me provide these books for my avid readers!
