This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are the cutest group of kids you can possibly ask for as a class. My class has many students who are new to the country and many are reading below grade level. They are already exhibiting a thirst for reading and I am excited to help them learn English and improve their reading skills.

I need high-interest Spanish books to engage my students during independent reading time.

They want to read the books their peers are reading but do not comprehend the books in English.

Please help my students have access to books that they are interested in reading.
