Help me give my students a chance to imitate real life while playing with a new kitchen set. Our current kitchen set has a broken oven door and the refrigerator door handle is broken.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
Children learn through play. While in dramatic play students imitate situations and experiences they see in their home life while adding their own ideas.
My goal is for my students to have a safe structure to play, and make memories with.
My students will be able to pretend to cook for their teachers, and friends. While pretending to cook my students will learn math, language, and literacy concepts as well as kitchen safety tips.
My students are very bright, energetic, and enthusiastic. They are creative and they make everyday better, and brighter.
