This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My Montessori classroom is filled with hands-on learning, personal choice, and a variety of learning opportunities. Using a whole-child approach, we strive to hit learning targets based on students' personal interests.

Students learn best with a math and literacy-rich environment that allows for creativity and manipulation of materials.

Having different options like puzzles and building materials allows students to work and create. The phonics games and beginning reading cards allow students to practice reading skills. I want reading to be a goal for all students these next months and these materials will allow for just that. Please consider donating to the ever-growing learning in our Montessori classroom.
