This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
Year after year, I'm blessed and lucky enough to teach and spend my day with the sweetest kiddos alive! I teach in a high-poverty, low socioeconomic community in southern Mississippi. Our teachers are the best, and the kiddos are just so awesome.
Each day, they step off the bus, ready and so excited to learn.
In my classroom, I try to make learning as fun as possible, but we do not always have the supplies and materials that we need to succeed.
My Project
This project is all about mobile learning!
Our first grade teachers have teamed up to make sure that collectively we are meeting the individual needs of all our little firsties.
We are swapping children in the afternoons and moving from room to room during the mornings. Because we are constantly on the move, we need a cart that can help organize our instructional materials.
For this project, we have requested a mobile file cart with bins. This cart will be just what we need to have all of our materials ready at hand. Having our materials ready to go will save time and help us stay focused on learning! Please consider a donation to this very important project!
