My Project

Strategically placing small collections of high-interest young adult books on book carts in highly trafficked areas will provide students the opportunity to engage with the library program outside of the classroom.

Mobile book checkouts help to facilitate a connection with students and allows me to meet them where they're at in the building.

Being available in the hallway during passing time, in the lunch room or going through the counseling office offers the opportunity to quickly return/checkout materials for class. This model of book checkouts also makes it simple to pop in and out of classrooms on a regular basis.
