Mini Whiteboards to Engage Students at End of School Year
Help me give my students new mini whiteboards to write on to engage them; they will write hooks, thesis statements, topic sentences, evidence, commentary, compound-complex sentences, however statements, etc.!
After looking at all of our classroom supplies, my students and I are in dire need of replacing our mini whiteboards. I have never had a full set of them, so this project would allow every kid in class to write without having to share/trade-off. We will take great care of them - and keep Sharpies far away from the little boards! I added whiteboard markers to the project so we can start writing on them right away! (I ordered markers at the beginning of the year, but we are running very low now, and I added one little spray cleaner, too.)
Who doesn't like to write on a whiteboard like a teacher - the experience is smoother and more appealing than a pencil!
That is why I would love to use a remaining fund credit from another bigger project that I proposed (which didn't come to fruition) and hopefully get a small chunk to make up for the rest of the amount. Please consider donating to help my students end the year writing advanced sentence structures (compound-complex, however statements, etc.) and answers on pristine mini whiteboards. Plus, the future students in my class will benefit, too! Thank you.
