Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I'm requesting interactive and fun activities that would help my kindergarten students practice vocabulary and put into practice their learning. Part of their curriculum is based on science. We learn about zoology, ecology, and entomology. With this project, I will create a fun science space in the classroom where students can practice their learning with the different ecosystems and animals as part of our curriculum in a fun way.

Most kindergarteners learn best through play because it allows them to apply everything they know and encourages them to ask questions and seek out new information and discovery.

My students are multilingual learners, with 80% of instruction. This will help them exchange knowledge and vocabulary and practice the language more inside the classroom.
