My Project

This after-school project will help support students' emotional well-being while fostering peer relationships through creative expression, mindfulness movements, and social and emotional learning through play. It also will include art making activities such as meditation and shared language around creativity and empathy for our students.

We also want to create a safe place where every student feels valued and is able to benefit beyond after-school.

Also to build an inclusive and well-centered culture for our students. Children learn through play and interacting with their peers. We also want to be able to provide sacks for students and incentives so that each child feels included.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
