My Project

Our students are learning that caring for their minds is just as important as caring for their bodies. This project will provide students with mindfulness journals that give them a safe, personal space to reflect on their emotions, practice gratitude, identify their feelings, and explore strategies for managing stress and strong emotions.

Students will use their journals during mindfulness and SEL activities throughout the school year.

With these simple tools, students can build self-awareness, self-management, and healthy coping skills while developing habits that support their emotional well-being both in and out of the classroom.
