My Students

My students are all members of active-duty military families. The military base these students are located on is a compassionate reassignment base. This means that many of the families at my school are dealing with major medical, mental and emotional needs. A majority of the students only have one parent in the household due to deployments. I want to help provide my students with the materials and resources they need to be socially and emotionally ready to learn each and everyday.

My Project

April is the month of the Military Child. Over 98% of our children are from active-duty military families. Our students deserve a celebration! We will use the materials to celebrate them in style!

Military kids are brave, kind, and courageous beyond measure.

Students will walk into the school building with purple decorated doors, streamers, and balloons! We will provide each student with a purple, military, child goodie bag!

Our students have shown incredible resiliency this year, they deserve our support! We appreciate any and all of your help, making this military child month one to remember!
