Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Critical thinking skills are so vital for young students, helping them to logically analyze and assess problems. These stem toys offer an immersive way for students to learn these skills at a young age. Introducing STEM toys early on is essential for developing key scientific skills. According to NAGC, they can be instrumental in improving critical thinking. Through hands-on activities, they observe, hypothesize, and draw conclusions.

In addition, the brown toy box-museum arts steam kit and the Thinkfun gravity maze marble run boost problem-solving abilities.

These stem kits challenge students to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions. They also spark creativity, inspiring children to experiment, and explore potential solutions.

Moreover, these toys nurture curiosity about science and technology. Children are curious about how things work, and develop a passion for learning. They also learn resilience in the face of failure and difficulty.

I requested these items because I know they will improve my student's problem solving and critical thinking skills, as well as provide a fun learning environment.
