Mighty Mice: Making Sixth Grade Easier to Navigate

My Students

My students work hard to make discoveries, expand their mindsets, and prepare for their futures. They may live in an extremely high poverty area, but that makes them even more extraordinary. They rise to every challenge they are presented with, and they deserve every opportunity to grow and become better prepared to take on the world. They love technology.

While doing genius hour projects I would say that seventy-five percent of the time my students lean towards this field of study, and I encourage that, as technology is what our world is geared to.

I don't want them to have any roadblocks, and anything that spurs their curiosity to problem solve and learning more is encouraged.

My Project

In our classroom we use a lot of technology, and chromebooks are our go-to every day. However, this year we are incorporating new computer programs for virtual learning, and my students do not have mice to use with their chromebooks. I am requesting mouse devices for the chromebooks in our classroom. The students will be able to navigate our online programs easier and this will make a stressful time easier for them to manage.

Please help me make virtual learning easier for my students by donating mice to our classroom.

These children are incredibly bright and so excited to learn. Being able to give these children the tools they need to succeed is an honor and a privilege. We would appreciate any donations you are able to make.
