My Project

I teach science to 7th and 8th grade students of varying backgrounds. My students have overcome so many obstacles to be part of my classroom where they continue to face even more challenges.

The science visuals I am requesting will help my students put visuals to the concepts they learn throughout the year.

This is helpful because many of my students are learning English or English is their second language.

Visuals aid the students in learning vocabulary and applying knowledge they already have. Being able to use pictures is useful especially if they can’t find the words in English to explain their thinking.
