My Project

Our class uses micro:bit circuit boards to write a variety of code for class activities. These coding activities enhance our math and ELA curriculum. This DonorsChoose project will add to our micro:bit materials in order to create larger projects and give students a greater understanding of how coding can be used outside of the classroom.

Students will be able to connect their micro:bits to the Bit Board to build movable robots, mazes, and musical instruments with larger circuits.

By working together, students will use design thinking strategies to solve real-world problems. These projects are shared with our school and community and give students opportunities to take control of their own education becoming lifelong learners.
