My Students

Our school believes in technology! Every day the students are allowed to get on the laptops to use approved software but so much time is wasted on trying to use the touchpad. Children need to enjoy the technology, not get frustrated!

Our students are technically savvy students, who enjoy the freedom to learn on our laptops!

They are able to use the laptops for math programs, reading programs and more. Students these days don't have much time after school to work on projects. Our school serves many military students and my students don't always have the resources to use technology at home. With the technology in our classrooms, our students can become more successful.

My Project

Laptops are used daily in our classroom. By having a mouse for the laptops, students will be able to maneuver the laptops easier and get through their programs faster each day. They will be stored with the laptops. We have a student in the class that is in charge of technology who makes sure all technology is put away correctly.

Students will be able to use the mice with the laptops and not have to use the touchpad on the computer.

Often times the students get frustrated with the touchpad and it takes a lot longer to get on the programs. If they can get right on the programs, they will be able to learn more!
