Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Many of the students on my caseload have cortical visual impairment and multiple disabilities.

The Crayola Touch Light Drawing pad will add lights and music to their recreation and leisure drawing time and allow the student to utilize their vision in a more functional way.

In addition, using bright color will help my students activate their vision. These draw pod will reward the students lights and sound, allowing my students to have fun!

These new materials will be used each and every day with many of my students. The teachers, paras and students will all benefit from having these new light up drawing pads.
