This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are a diverse group of learners who all have different learning styles and needs. We are a family and I have been with these students for several years.

We are learning how to gain knowledge in different ways while learning in a virtual world.

My students are participating in the remote learning environment.

My Project

Well here we are 2021! Due to the pandemic, my special education students have not had consistent in-person instruction since March of 2020 and we need more resources that can be used virtually.

We need fresh resources that will continue to meet the social emotional needs of all learners.

Our class library is running low of new stories to share while we are in the remote learning environment. New story books which focus on various social emotional skills will help keep students engaged. The gift card to Teachers Pay Teachers will offer more resources that can be sent virtually to students via various electronic platforms.
