Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students have worked very hard all school year long. We are very close to the finish line, but to ensure that we get there successfully we need a few more supplies.
In our classroom we focus on functional lessons, that teach skills that can be used in real-world situations.
The Teachers Pay Teachers gift card will be utilized to purchase lessons and materials that focus on those skills. My students greatly enjoy and benefit from the materials purchased through Teachers Pay Teachers.
My students also benefit from color differentiation which is what the pens and markers will be used for.
Lastly, we are currently preparing our room to reflect the spring season. The borders and flowers will be used to adorn the classroom. We take the time to adorn our classroom with the seasons and holidays to ensure that it is an engaging and inviting space for students to learn.
