My Project

My students are curious, creative learners who thrive when they are able to explore technology through hands-on experiences. As the Media Lab serves students from Pre-K through fifth grade, I want to provide resources that meet a wide range of learning needs and abilities. Classroom headphones will help students focus during digital lessons and interactive programs, while 3D pens will allow them to turn their ideas into real creations through STEM, design, and problem-solving activities. Fine-motor manipulatives will give my youngest learners developmentally appropriate ways to build early technology and thinking skills. Cleaning supplies, including electronic wipes and a keyboard vacuum, will help keep our shared devices clean, safe, and ready for hundreds of students to use. A flexible seating option will also create a comfortable space where students can work, create, and collaborate.
