Help me give my students scales, calculators, meter sticks and paper to help us get high school ready. We are a high poverty school with very deserving students who love science and working hard.

My Project

Studies show that "a higher frequency of inquiry-based instruction is significantly associated with greater interest, perceptions of utility, and self-efficacy for science and mathematics" (Crumb, et al, 2019). We do labs and inquiry based science every day. We need the tools to make that possible. Measuring tools will help us greatly to master data collection and analysis as we inquire and solve real world problems.

My students love doing inquiry based science and are becoming high school ready.

We build towers and design rollercoasters and have so much fun. Help me give them the tools they need to succeed.
