My Project

I love that my students are curious about their health and genuinely interested in learning how to improve their personal wellness. Many of them enjoy tracking their fitness progress and setting goals, especially when they can see real results. They take pride in learning about their bodies and how healthy habits can make a difference in their everyday lives.

The portable stadiometer will give my students an accurate and reliable way to measure their height as part of our health and wellness assessments.

Students will use this resource to track growth, calculate Body Mass Index (BMI), and better understand how health measurements are used by doctors, coaches, and fitness professionals.

Having access to professional-quality measurement tools makes learning more meaningful and engaging. Instead of guessing or using inaccurate methods, students will be able to collect real data about their own health. This hands-on experience helps students connect classroom lessons to real-life wellness decisions and encourages them to take ownership of their health.

This resource will support students as they learn lifelong skills in personal health, fitness tracking, and goal setting.
