It has streamlined instruction and allowed us to coach more efficiently while giving students visual cues to improve form and technique. We also use it to display highlight reels and motivational content, which has added a level of excitement and energy that the students truly respond to.\r\n\r\nWhat's most exciting to the students is the feeling that they're in a legit training facility. They often say it feels like a \"real college or pro weight room,\" which raises their level of pride, focus, and effort. The results were incredible—not only did they learn real-world skills, but they also saw their work displayed across campus and online, giving them a sense of pride and ownership in their education.\r\n\r\nFor many of our students, this was their first time using high-powered creative software on a MacBook, and the excitement was immediate. They were drawn to the fast processing power, clean design, and ability to multitask efficiently—features that made projects more engaging and realistic. What was most exciting to them was seeing their designs published in real-world settings—used in game-day promotions, event posters, and on school social media accounts.\r\n\r\nOne student, in particular, who had previously shown little interest in traditional coursework, completely thrived in this environment. He quickly became a leader in the class, helping others learn Photoshop and Canva, and is now considering a career in digital media or sports marketing. Stories like his show how the right tools can unlock potential that might otherwise go untapped.\r\n\r\nBecause of how well this unit went, interest in our Sports Management course has grown significantly. Students are asking to join next semester, and we're already looking ahead to expanding the program. One of the most powerful moments came during a peer-led putting challenge — a student who is usually very quiet stepped up to lead their team, and the confidence boost was incredible to witness. My students enjoy being treated like adults, and having the option to sit in a \"Teacher Chair\" while working on their independent work. It has been so beneficial in the motivation aspect. Not only have my students benefited from the use of the chairs, but my parents of the students and entire school has as well. I am now able to set up two tables together and create an IEP meeting table to hold IEP meetings within my classroom. This has been very beneficial since the project was funded right around IEP season for our school. The chairs have provided a collaborative environment for teachers, students, parents, and administrators to meet and discuss appropriate next steps for students education.\r\n\r\nThe LED lights have provided a more home like feel within my classroom. My students absolutely love being able to pick a color for the day.
