This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My children are getting to know their feelings, therefore I would love to help them describe their feeling with the proper materials. Every child is unique and express their feelings differently. My students need a well equipped calming corner to calm their bodies and feelings.

With the proper calming corner, my students will have the opportunity to go into the calming corner when they are feeling upset, tired, sad, lonely ect.

They will get the opportunity to go into the calming corner to grab a book, puppet, fidget or any material provided.
