This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students are falling behind and calculators help make math attainable and fun.

Testing in upper grades can be a challenge.

I try my best to make math easy and enjoyable with my lessons. Sometimes students lack the basics that prohibit them from reaching our high standards in curriculum. I can tell you that they can all understand any 8th grade standard! A little calculator work, like all students use in more affluent districts, would ensure they have an equal chance to succeed. Thank you all for any help. The students of Bridgeport thank you, also!
