Help me give my students access to technology to open up math in their lives. We need a scanner, scientific calculators, and an easel pad.

My Students

Welcome to our Resource Math class. We are a group of 9th grade students who struggle with math. We work hard in class to complete grade level math concepts.

We know that we need math skills to be successful in our adult lives.

Many of us would like to attend college or technical school. We have big dreams.

My Project

Many of my students do not have or can not afford a calculator for home use, especially during this pandemic. My classroom does not have enough calculators to check out to students, so they can take them home to complete their homework. Many of my students lack the ability to use an online calculator.

My students need to be able to scan their work and submit it online.

They are in need of a scanner to complete this.

There are so many learning experiences that my student could do, if we had wall sticky notes. I would love for them to come up with their own math problems and display them around the classroom.
