Math Modern Classroom

Help me give my students a teaching table for small groups and dry erase boards.

My Project

In math we are often working in small groups to better support our students. My classroom is in need of a modern teaching table which would allow the teacher to oversee students' work and to monitor progress. The table's half moon shape will add a modern touch and would attract students to cooperative small group activities.

My overall goal is to help all of my students become better math thinkers and use these necessary skills throughout their math careers and beyond.

Additionally, under the BTC mathematics model, we are encouraging students to share ideas while working together at the white boards. The magnetic boards will replace our old paper boards allowing students to continue being successful in math this year.
