My Project
As the primary math and science teacher for grade 6 at my school, I am hoping to receive the supplies that will help my students best succeed while using our curriculum. After teaching both curriculums for one year, I created a list of items that will help both me and my students succeed this year.
Throughout the school year, students will participate in many hands-on activities and projects to deepen their understanding of our math and science concepts. Students will use calculators to in science to find and analyze data, the cylinder set to measure liquids in both math and science hands on activities and the geometric shapes to visually solve geometry problems throughout the year. These manipulatives will help every student access the curriculum and support their learning. Please help me give my students the necessary tools to help them succeed in solving our grade 6 math problems!
